The French textile care industry meets a 3rd time at a Texcare Forum

13 Apr 2022

On Monday 28 March 2022, the third Texcare Forum France took place, at the Palais de la Bourse of Bordeaux. This day gathered textile care professionals from the south-west region: dry cleaners, laundries, launderettes, etc., and national suppliers of products and services.

Many moments of exchange occurred throughout the day, the format provided by Messe Frankfurt France allowing visitors to submit issues directly to solution providers and federations.

Messe Frankfurt France chose, once again, to alternate round tables and workshops. Various topics were covered during the round tables: the installation of a washing solution in open-air hotels, regulations of selfservice launderettes, training and hiring in dry cleaners, and the environmental impact of industrial laundries.

The workshops allowed the presentation of the new launderettes’ application proposed by the FFPB, the CTTN and Inforum. Electrolux Professional had the opportunity to talk about the current market of selfservice laundries in France, while the ANPB provided an overview of the structuring of the dry cleaning and laundry market in Algeria.

It is in a professional and warm atmosphere that this third edition of the Texcare Forum took place in Bordeaux.

A positive assessment for the participants, as confirmed by their feedback: "Thank you Texcare France for this unmissable event in the laundry and textile care world! See you soon for the next event in Lyon", "A big thank you to the visitors who came to meet us, to the organiser Texcare France and its team, and to the other exhibitors and partners who all make this event come alive".

The profession will meet again on Monday 17 October 2022 in Lyon.
